Do you offer white label or private label services?
We believe that empowering and supporting Southeast Asia’s artisans requires collaboration, and we are happy to work with like-minded businesses to provide customized services for private labels. Care for Woven Items
How do I clean and spot treat my woven items?
Using the padded brush on a vacuum cleaner, gently sweep over the surface of the woven item to remove any dust or dirt that may have accumulated in the crevices.
To remove stains, first remove any solid matter around the stain. Then, apply a mild detergent. Dampen a white cloth with clean water and wipe away any residual detergent—do not over-wet the natural fibers. Gently pat the stained area dry with a white towel.
Fabric linings can be spot treated with a mild liquid detergent and a damp white cloth. Rub the stain with a cloth dipped in detergent until the stain is removed, then allow the fabric to air dry.
Can crafts be left in the sun?
Natural fibers, such as seagrass and bamboo, fade easily in the sun. To protect the vividness of woven items, we recommend reducing direct sunlight exposure or rotating the piece to even out the natural fading.
Safety first!
Our floor mats are hand-woven with natural fibers and may be slippery on some surfaces. To avoid accidents, use non-slip material or tape under the floor mats. Placing heavy furniture on floor mats is also a good way to keep it securely in place.
